Kairos Momenta Travel Agency LLC operates a travel search and discovery platform that enables users to search for, compare, and explore travel-related services, including flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, and travel packages.

The Platform is designed to facilitate access to travel information and connect users with independent travel providers. Kairos Momenta does not guarantee that all available travel options are displayed or that the information provided is complete.

Kairos Momenta does not provide, own, control, manage, or operate any travel services displayed on the Platform. All travel services are offered by independent third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agencies.

When you select a travel service through the Platform, you may be redirected to a third-party website or otherwise connected with a third-party provider to complete your booking. Any such booking is made directly with the travel provider, and not with Kairos Momenta.

Kairos Momenta is not a party to any transaction between you and a travel provider and assumes no responsibility for the services provided by such third parties.

Kairos Momenta may, in the future, introduce additional features or services, including direct booking capabilities, integrated payment processing, partnerships with travel providers, or account-based services.

If such services are introduced, additional terms and conditions may apply. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of any updated terms.

All travel providers are solely responsible for the travel services they offer, including pricing, availability, booking fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, and customer service.

Kairos Momenta does not control or guarantee the performance of any travel provider and shall not be responsible for any issues arising from travel services, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage, or service quality concerns.

The Platform displays travel information provided by third-party providers. Kairos Momenta does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such information.

Prices displayed on the Platform may change at any time and may include additional fees, taxes, or charges imposed by travel providers. Kairos Momenta is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or errors.

Any booking made through the Platform is conducted directly with the applicable travel provider. Kairos Momenta does not process payments, issue tickets, or manage reservations unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with future services.

Kairos Momenta does not control the terms, policies, or practices of travel providers and is not responsible for any disputes arising from bookings.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

You further agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, including making false or speculative bookings, or use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the Platform without authorization.

Kairos Momenta reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms.

All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of Kairos Momenta or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Kairos Momenta.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only.

Kairos Momenta does not control or endorse the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and shall not be responsible for any issues arising from their use.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kairos Momenta makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or services provided.

Kairos Momenta does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairos Momenta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to travel disruptions, booking failures, pricing errors, loss of profits, or the actions or omissions of third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, and rental companies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kairos Momenta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Kairos Momenta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
