Terms of Use

By accessing or using kairosmomenta.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• “Kairos Momenta”, “we”, “us” — Kairos Momenta Travel Agency LLC and its regional hub KairoNexus Voyages Limited.
• “Service” — the travel booking platform at kairosmomenta.com.
• “User”, “you” — any visitor or registered account holder.
• “Booking” — a confirmed flight, stay, or car rental reservation.
• “Provider” — any airline, hotel group, car rental operator, or consolidator whose inventory we aggregate.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

A Booking is a request until confirmed by the relevant Provider. We act as an intermediary between you and the Provider — the Provider's terms and conditions apply to your Booking in addition to these Terms. Confirmation is contingent on Provider inventory availability at the time of payment.

All fares displayed include taxes and our flat service fee: $9 for flights, $6 for stays, $12 for car rentals. We never add surcharges at checkout. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your payment processor.

Payment is processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We do not store raw card data. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount to your chosen payment method.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Provider's fare rules, which are displayed before you confirm. Where a fare is refundable, we will process the refund within 7 business days of approval. Our service fee is non-refundable except where we cancel a Booking on our side.

We aggregate inventory from airlines, hotel groups, car rental operators, and consolidators. We are not the operator of any flight, stay, or rental vehicle. Provider terms, conditions, and liabilities apply to your Booking.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates) for your destination. We provide general guidance in our travel documents section but cannot guarantee completeness — always confirm with official sources.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, alter, or destroy data that is not yours.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or scrape inventory without authorization.
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or false booking information.
• Resell inventory without an authorized partner agreement.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Kairos Momenta or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. Provider logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. Provider inventory is subject to availability and change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairos Momenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed flights, overbooked hotels, or rental vehicle unavailability. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Booking.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kairos Momenta, its officers, and employees from any claim, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

Our Data Processing Addendum is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available on request from dpo@kairosmomenta.com. It applies to all processing of personal data on behalf of Users who are themselves controllers under GDPR or CCPA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
