These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Kairos Momenta website and travel platform operated by Kairos Momenta Travel Agency LLC, using the Kairos Momenta brand. By creating an account, searching, or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Additional terms shown at checkout and the travel provider's fare or service rules apply to a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Platform and providers
Kairos Momenta offers a travel platform for discovering, comparing, requesting, and, where a booking feature is available, booking travel services. Supported flights may be searched or booked through Duffel and airline partners; other inventory may come from separate partners. Some transactions are completed on our site and others on a partner's site. Before checkout, identify the named seller or merchant, the travel provider, total price, and applicable conditions. A search result is not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed when the responsible provider or booking company issues a confirmation or ticket. The platform is built and operating, and we will continue to improve features, integrations, and these terms. A new feature applies only when it is available and its relevant conditions are presented. KairoNexus Voyages Limited serves as our Africa Regional Hub based in Uganda through the Kairos Momenta website. Where KairoNexus provides or sells a service, its legal name and role must be identified in the applicable checkout, booking confirmation, and transaction terms. The Kairos Momenta brand and website address do not change the identity of the company responsible for a transaction.
Accounts and traveler information
You must be at least 18 to make a booking, provide accurate traveler and payment information, have authority to book for others, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing names, travel dates, passport validity, visa, entry, health, and transit requirements. Airlines and other providers can refuse travel where their rules or legal requirements are not met.
Prices and checkout
Prices, inventory, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier fees may change until booking is confirmed. The final checkout should identify the currency, total payable, any Kairos Momenta service fee, and who charges you. If you pay on our site, payment may be handled by our payment service provider and your statement may show the disclosed merchant name. We may use payment and booking partners to fulfill the reservation. If redirected to another provider's checkout, that provider handles its payment under its own terms. Never treat a payment authorization, search result, or pending order alone as a confirmed ticket; use the booking confirmation to verify status. Any material price change before confirmation requires your acceptance before we complete the transaction.
Changes, cancellation, refunds, and disputes
The fare or booking conditions displayed before purchase and the provider's rules determine eligibility, deadlines, penalties, credits, and refunds, subject to applicable law. Our separate Booking and Cancellation Policy explains the process. An airline or other travel provider may initiate schedule or service changes. Contact the party identified in your confirmation for changes or refunds; we will assist with bookings for which Kairos Momenta is the point of contact. Refunds may be made to the original payment method, as a provider credit, or as applicable law requires. Any Kairos Momenta service fee and its refund treatment must be disclosed before payment. Contact us about an unauthorized charge or disputed transaction so we can investigate; statutory chargeback rights are not waived.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the platform lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent bookings, access another account, interfere with security, scrape content without permission, or misuse partner inventory or trademarks. Kairos Momenta owns or licenses its site content and branding; use of the platform does not transfer those rights.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain accurate information and access, but supplier inventory, prices, and availability can change. Each airline, hotel, rental company, or other travel provider is responsible for its own travel service under its conditions; Kairos Momenta remains responsible for its own contractual commitments and actions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law, updates, and contact
Washington State law governs these website terms to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory rights in your place of residence. We may update terms prospectively by posting a new date and will give any additional notice required by law. Terms accepted for a completed purchase remain subject to the conditions presented for that purchase. Contact info@kairosmomenta.com.
